ON DEMAND - Asbestos Assessment – Outside of the Norm
We are all well aware of asbestos, asbestos in soils and the issues between the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations, 2016 and the BRANZ New Zealand Guidelines for Assessing and Managing Asbestos in Soils, 2017 (NZ GAMAS), but what about asbestos assessment in situations outside of the norm?
Rod Lidgard will present the challenges of assessing asbestos at fire-damaged sites regarding investigation methods and stakeholder/community engagement.
Judah Lebow will present on ‘Bombs, Boats and Asbestos – Responsibly Disposing of Asbestos at Sea.
