WEBINAR - Career Progression from Academia to Graduate to Principal: Empowering Young Professionals to Thrive Through Authenticity and Soft Skills
This webinar offers a unique opportunity to hear from two industry professionals who will share their experiences and career progression—from academia to graduate to principal.
Farah will share her personal experience of transitioning from academia to consultant, and what academic skills were useful in her new role, which will hopefully make the career shift less daunting to those about to make the same change. This is also a chance to reminisce for those who made the change many years ago.
Hailey will then share invaluable insights, lessons, and challenges faced throughout her 18 years in the industry from graduate to principal to contaminated land auditor.
Hailey and Farah will share their stories with candour, vulnerability and relatability, making this webinar a must-see for all those striving to progress in their career and meet their full potential.
*Note: The registration fee for all students, regardless of ALGA membership status, is $10. If you are not an ALGA Student Member and would like to attend this webinar, kindly contact us at events@landandgroundwater.com for registration.
