A webinar featuring learnings from the development, construction and operation of the worlds first leachate treatment plant incorporating PFAS removal, biological nutrient removal and phytoremediation with vetiver.

David Leinster from the Water & Carbon Group will present the Shoal Bay project where the Water & Carbon Group was engaged by the City of Darwin to develop a PFAS leachate treatment solution at the Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility. The presentation will walk through the stages of the project, the challenges to be overcome, and the implemented solution including the proprietary LEEF System® for PFAS extraction.
